Climacor Sugarbush
The Climacor Sugarbush is made up of two plots of land located 2 kilometers apart. They are on sloping terrain and together cover 61.4 hectares, with a tapping capacity of 12,000.
The first part, which we call 'the sugarbush,' is located at 415 Chemin Tour du Lac Lynch Sud in L'Ascension. The sugarbush includes all the equipment for collecting maple sap and turning it into syrup, such as the tubing system, tanks, reverse osmosis unit, evaporator, and barrel storage, as well as an automated canning electric system. The sugarbush also has a living space with a full kitchen and the ability to accommodate two beds.
The second part, which we call 'the station,' is located at 715 Chemin du Lac Lynch. The station is completely self-sufficient for collecting water and transporting it to the sugarbush.
Both locations have an intelligent CDL monitoring system with 4.0 technology for production.Maple farming. We need to emphasize the convenient location of the sugarbush. It's right along public roads bordering Lynch Lake, maintained year-round by municipal services. Electricity is provided by Hydro-Québec, and internet with phone service is also set up. Both sites are on public land with a lease agreement with the Ministry of Natural Resources for $7,736 per year and have a harvesting quota certification for 2026 of 24,768 lbs.
