Deposit required.
The tenant must provide the landlord with liability insurance before the occupancy date. Additionally, the tenant must provide condo interior insurance (tenant insurance) before occupying the condo. (This is part of the building's rules and regulations.)
The tenant agrees to sign an acknowledgment of receipt and to comply with all regulations of the Syndicate, which will be provided by the landlord.
The tenant is not allowed to have pets in the condo.
Smoking of cigarettes or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the condo and common areas.
The tenant must pay all hydro, heating, A/C, cable, and internet costs for the condo.
The unit must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
Any modification or painting of the unit requires the landlord's written approval.
A credit check, proof of employment, and references are required and must be satisfactory to the landlord.
First month's rent is payable upon signing the lease.
