Originally a duplex built in 1982, it was converted into a single-family cottage in 2022--2023.

Major renovation work carried out between June 2022 and February 2023 (design by interior designer Catlin Stothers, work performed by a contractor, required validations by a structural engineer, permits issued by the City of Montreal):
