The LESSEE agrees to comply with all building regulations; 9. The LESSEE will be responsible for move-in and move-out costs; 10. The costs of electricity, telephone, Internet, and cable distribution are the responsibility of the LESSEE; 11. A security deposit equivalent to one (1) month's rent is required by the LANDLORD and will be returned to the TENANT at the end of this lease, subject to a satisfactory condition report of the premises and the absence of damages exceeding normal wear and tear.
